Phu Quoc Island Gastronomy — From Jin Cau Night Market to Ham Ninh Crab Village
Since there is no public transportation in Phu Quoc, Grab or a rental motorbike is essential. Seafood at the Jin Cau Night Market is priced by weight, so be sure to check the scale before ordering, and the blue crabs at Ham Ninh fishing village are best enjoyed in the morning. The Nuoc Mam (fish sauce) factory is a worthwhile stop for tasting and souvenir shopping. Be sure to bring plenty of cash (Vietnamese Dong).
