We started with mung bean pancakes and addictive gimbap. The pancakes are fried fresh on the spot and are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The combination of chicken broth kalguksu and garlic kimchi. There is a wait at lunch, but the turnover is fast.
Digestion time with homemade desserts and coffee at a cafe in an alley between Hanoks. The view of the tiled roofs is superb.
Finish off with briquette-grilled dried pollack and draft beer. The atmosphere at the outdoor pub after work is the best.
